About Me

Greetings, I am Janine Robertson, a commissioned minister of Pastoral Care with the National Conservative Christian Church and am a licensed  Clinical Pastoral Counselor with the National Christian Counselors Association with certification in Temperament Therapy.
I was called by God in 2012 to become a Christ-Centered Temperament Counselor. The idea behind temperament had always been intriguing and learning more about it was a blessing beyond words.  I was completely amazed at how accurate the temperament testing is and wished that I had known what my temperament was and my unique needs and weaknesses long before I fell into sin.
It is my passion and God's will for me to help people discover their inner self, the soul where their temperament lies, where their mind and emotions live. I am especially passionate about helping parents discover their temperaments and the conflicts between the temperaments of their spouse and children. Everything we do and say as parents will have an effect and be a part of the shaping of the children we have. I hope to help parents have a better understanding of themselves, their relationship with their spouse, their children and most especially, with God.
I am forever grateful to God for adopting me as his child. I have been married to Nathan for 22 years and have two children, ages 21 and 14. I was born and raised in southern California and completed my Bachelors degree in History from University of California, Santa Barbara and my Elementary teaching requirements from Azusa Pacific University. I graduated with honors from Colorado Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Clinical Pastoral Counseling. My goal is to continue my education and obtain a PhD in Clinical Pastoral Counseling with Special certifications in Integrated Marriage and Family therapy and Advanced Child and Adolescent therapy.
